Tasty Tuesday (a little late)

This week's recipe:

Super Easy Crock Pot French Dips!

Here's what you need:
1 tri-tip (beef brisket for you non-CA natives)
1 pkg. au jus mix
1 pkg. of french rolls

Super Easy Steps:
1. Mix the au jus as directed in crock pot.
2. Add the tri-tip to the crock pot and set to high for 4 hours
3. Use two forks to pull tri-tip apart
4. Spoon meat onto french rolls (you may add cheese and melt/toast in a toaster over or broil first) and spoon on extra au jus or serve on the side to dip :-)
