Tasty Tuesday: Thai Chicken

Tasty Thai Chicken

This super easy recipe is delicious and fast.

-Defrost and pat dry one chicken breast per person eating dinner
-Pound the chicken breast with a meat tenderizing mallet until approximately 1/2 inch thick
-Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet
-Place the chicken breasts into the pan and season with pepper, salt, and garlic powder. (Amounts depend upon your liking- I eyeball it)
-Flip the breasts when they have turned white halfway through their thickness. Only flip once. Season the second side after flipping.
-When breasts are cooked, cut into 3-4 pieces and serve with Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce. Target's Archer Farms brand is quite tasty.

I usually serve this chicken with steamed jasmine rice and peas.

Told you it was an easy one- but it's tasty!!!

I'm sorry, I don't have a picture right now, but next time I make this I will take one for ya'll.
