Tasty Tuesday: Grilled Cheese for Grown Ups

You will need:
(per sandwich)
2 slices Sourdough bread
2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of shredded parm. cheese
2 slices ready-cooked bacon, zapped in the microwave for 30 seconds

What to do:
-Melt 1/2 of butter in pan over medium heat, then sprinkle half of the parm cheese into the pan
-Place the sliced cheese and bacon between the bread, and place the sandwich in the pan over the cheese and butter
-Spread remaining butter on top of sandwich, and sprinkle parm on top- press lightly with spatula to make parm stick to the butter
-Flip after 2-3 minutes or when the first side turns golden brown
-After both sides are golden, cut the sandwich in half (diagonal- it's a must) and enjoy!
