I've created a monster.

I fear that my penchant for cleaning has yielded a nit-nick toddler. Last night, at Baja Fresh, Mr. Keegs was insistent upon unfolding multiple napkins to create a nice clean surface on the table top in front of himself. He then used the napkins to wipe off every bit of rice from the table (including "my" part of the able). He then spread new napkins across the table tops. I placed a single chip on top of the napkins in front of him. He picked it up, handed it back to me and said, "No mommy." Very seriously. Oh dear.

Ok, well, it's Saturday night, Mr. is sleeping and hubs is out, so um, I'm going to go clean now.

  1. so cute! Titus can blow his own nose now and I feel that it might be one of the greatest accomplishments I have as a mother. Now if I can only get him to be a bit more like Keegan and clean up after himself...that WOULD be my greatest accomplishment.

  2. That's awesome, I love it! :) Danica picks up all her toys, and even after the other kids at daycare. I've also caught her multiple times pulling out half the roll of Clorox wipes and wiping down the fridge and kitchen floor. *sigh* What have we done to our children?
