Tasty Tuesday: Chicken Parmesean

This Weight Watcher friendly Chicken Parmesan recipe was tasty and easy to prepare.
You will need:
1 chicken breast per person
1/2 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
salt and pepper, olive oil spray
1 jar/can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. Ronzoni Smart Taste spaghetti noodles
How to prepare:
1. Boil water and prepare the noodles as directed on the box.
2. Meanwhile, place the egg white in a bowl, and whisk in salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan in a large ziploc bag.
4. Generously spray a large pan with olive oil spray, turn on medium heat.
5. Dredge the chicken through the egg mixture, then place in the bag with bread crumbs and toss until coated. (Do just one piece at a time)
6. Place the chicken breasts in the heated pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Watch the heat to insure bread crumb coating isn't burning.
7. Heat your favorite sauce in a small pot so that it's ready for plating.
8. Drain the pasta, and place 1 cup on each plate. (I tossed mine with a little parsley and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray)
9. Spoon sauce over pasta, then place chicken on top of pasta bed. Top with additional sauce as desired and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley for serving.
10. Enjoy! (Total WW points for meal = 7* * must eat just half of the chicken breast if large- I cut mine in half)
