Today, was the day! Today, my package from Cookware.com arrived containing the Le Creuset baking dishes they asked me to review! Review cookware? Umm YES!
Here is the item I got to test out:

2. They clean up easily
3. The color is GORGEOUS!
4. They do not shatter like my Pyrex did. Oh, whatta night THAT was!

  6. Oh, what I wouldn't give for a Kitchenaid stand mixer. There are plenty of gadgets, cookware and utensils my dream kitchen would hold, but a Kitchenaid stand mixer is #1 in that dream. (And some Le Creuset bakeware is, like, #3, after the mixer and a set of decent pans.) :)

  24. Oh, gosh, what DON'T I want? I'd love a new stove, but would settle for replacing the St.Vincent de Paul Shop food processor. And an immersion blender would be sooo nice for making cream soups without pouring hot liquid into the blender. I'm trying not to read too many comments, because I'm finding more things I "need!" But I do really love this cooking set -- thanks for the chance at the giveaway!

  50. (Sorry for all the deleted comments. Let me try one more time.)

The one item I wish I had was a pair of welding gloves; they work well (supposedly) for getting hot baked items out of a hot oven. Saddly, my wife says "no" because they are very industrial looking & they don't fit our kitchen's homey look well.
