January Project Improve My Home: "Big Boy" Room Remodel

Earlier this month I shared my New Year's Resolutions, including plans to go through our house, one room per month and purge, reorganize and redecorate (as needed) to make our house feel more like our ideal home.  For the month of January, I decided to turn Keegan's nursery/toddler room into a "big boy" room as he was quickly outgrowing his toddler bed- and it just seemed time.

This post from the start of the month showed you Keegan's room before. (Post contains video) or if you prefer photos, here are some stills from before:

And now, the finished after version of the big boy room!
(Mind you I was asked told to incorporate "sharks, Spiderman, Nemo fish and dinosaurs").
Completed bedroom

Wall color: Behr "Bleached Denim" in eggshell finish
Bedspread and sham found on clearance for $14.98 at Target (orig. $60)

Aaaaaannd it's reversible!

"Prints" I made using good 'ole Microsoft Publisher, then framed in frames we had for his old room setup.

Plenty of space to store K's "treasures"

Shelf purchased at Target for $19.99, green frames on clearance for $4 each, SpiderMan clip art printed and framed by me
