What's for dinner this week?

Planned our week out a little early, thought I'd share in case you need a new idea or two.

(Keep in mind I adjust all recipes to lower fat content to work with my Weight Watcher eating, but I'm linking you to the full versions here.)

Saturday: No date night this week (sick kiddo) so I'm making "take out" at home
Chinese Lo Mein (vegetarian)

Sunday: Simple Sour Cream and Chicken Enchiladas (I'm halving this one, it's a big recipe)

Monday: Ravioli with Sauteed Zucchini (vegetarian)

Tuesday: Cajun Chicken Pasta with Corn and Red Peppers (my own recipe, will post if it's any good!)

Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner Night
Edna Mae's Sour Cream Pancakes and BACON!

Thursday: Pizza Roll-Ups


Friday: Take out night (momma's night off!)
