Here's our meal plan for the week, happy eating to all!

Sunday: Pioneer Woman's Beer Braised Beef with Onions 
(I'm going to modify it by cooking it in the crockpot and adding carrots, then serving over garlic mashed potatoes)
Monday: Tofu Stir Fry
Tuesday: Skinny Chicken Parmesan
Wednesday: Red Pepper Risotto
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner Night-Bacon Pancakes
Friday: Take out
Saturday:: Date night
