My favorite staple beauty products and... I joined YouTube (gulp!)

Hiya! Little announcement for you, I've decided to get past my insecurity about being on video and join the YouTube Beauty Vlogger world. I know I'm not a makeup artist or expert, but I'm a true enthusiast and I love watching the videos of other vloggers and it just looked like so much fun!

I don't really have a clue what I'm doing yet, so hopefully YouTube will go easy on me, though, I don't expect that... I guess we'll just wait and see!

For my first video (click here to watch), I wanted to share my favorite staple products. These are the beauty products I've repurchased or definitely will repurchase, use time and time again and feel they justify their cost.

If you've come over to my blog from YouTube, welcome! :-)

My Beauty Staples List:

Face Products:
  • Great matte coverage
  • Comparable to MAC Mineral Skinfinish (in my opinion)
  • Great for all skin types
  • Doesn't oxidize during the day
  • Less than $10
  • Lasts 15 hours
  • Doesn't crease

  • Pick a shade lighter than your foundation
  • Dense, soft bristles
  • Gives an airbrushed finish
  • Wears well, very little bristle fall out
